Before the creation and existence of AEC, its owners first established a financial and management consulting firm under the name Arab Experts Consulting Center (AECOC) in 2004 with head office at Dammam, Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. AECOC received its license from the Ministry of Commerce & Industry (MOCI) to provide financial and management consultancy services with its main focus on Private Equity (PE) Greenfield and Brownfield projects. Since then, AECOC developed a proven track record and portfolio of commendable accomplishments and transactions in PE Greenfield and Brownfield projects through which it has built a large base of loyal clients, HNWIs and institutions.

Through the achievements of AECOC and the increase in demand that transpired from our client-base we transformed legally by creating a new entity which is today known as Arab Experts Capital LLC (AEC). AEC obtained permission from Capital Market Authority (CMA), License No. 08129-30, to commence arranging & advisory services in the securities business within the Saudi market from 14th November 2009. Since then AEC expanded its service lines & client-base to reach government and semi-government bodies, listed joint stock companies and unlisted companies. Its services are now to provide both sides of the balance sheet in the equity and debt financing activities.
